Dry-set Vinyl Flooring Adhesive
1.Product Description
188 is a water-based, solvent-free dry-set adhesive developed for permanent installation of vinyl flooring.
It provides strong final bonding strength, stable performance and good workability for residential and commercial applications.
After curing, the adhesive film is firm and durable, ensuring long-term adhesion of floor coverings.
2.Recommended Applications
• Homogeneous and heterogeneous vinyl sheet flooring
• PVC tiles and vinyl planks
• LVT flooring (dry-set installation)
• Rubber flooring with smooth backing (light to medium traffic)
• PVC-backed and latex-backed carpets
For internal use on normal absorbent, moisture-stable substrates.

4.Consumption
Consumption depends on substrate condition, flooring backing and trowel type:
• A1 notched trowel: 0.25 – 0.30 kg/m²
• A2 notched trowel: 0.30 – 0.35 kg/m²4.Application
5.Application
• Stir well before use
• Apply evenly using a standard A1 or A2 notched trowel
• Install flooring within the recommended open time
• Press flooring firmly to ensure full adhesive transfer
6.Packaging & Storage
• Standard packaging: 20KG
• Other packaging sizes available upon request
• OEM / private label packaging supported
• Shelf life: 12 months in original sealed packaging
• Store in a cool, dry place and protect from frost
